“Relaxing time”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed October 5, 2013

Had a lovely time at this hotel. Nice big room which was cleaned daily with fresh towels daily and bed change every 2 days.
Food was nice, although a little repetative, but there was a great choice of salads, hot food, grills and fabulous desserts.
The pool areas were beautiful although the beach was pebbly, but there was a good choice of areas to sunbathe.
The staff did their best and as it was getting near the end of season some of them were realy tired but you still got good service. The dining staff went out of their way to help you and we found the guys in the bar at the beach lovely as well.
Animation was acceptable if you like that sort of thing! But they did do yoga and aerobics which was nice and they were a lovely bunch of people.
I had a massage and it was one of the best I've had.
Overall we had a lovely holiday and great value in a beautiful setting.

Room Tip: Air con is not great so ask for a room that you can leave the balcony door open!

Had 10 nights in this hotel and a really relaxing time. Room was a great size for 2 people with a huge bed, nice bathroom and was clean. Towels changed daily and sheets every couple of days. Air con was rubbish as centrally controlled but we left our balcony door open and had a lovely breeze.
Beautiful pool areas and were kept spotlessly clean, lots of places to sunbathe with a huge decking area built out to the sea and 2 quiet pools plus the main pool area. All with views to die for.
Never had an issue with any of the staff and were treated very well, sometimes you need to make an effort!
Food was always good with loads of choice and the wine was good, much better than I've had in other AI hotels. This is a big hotel and they need to cater to lots of tastes. You will not go hungry! The Turkish night on a Sunday was excellent.
I would say it was a 4 star in Turkish standards, but we had a fab time.
Animation was ok, the guys tried hard and again have to cater to lots of different tastes and age groups.
Had a terrific massage and facial and the spa staff were excellent.
We went on the boat trip and had a wonderful day, they make you so welcome.
Very mixed crowd in the hotel and we met some lovely Scottish, Polish, Turkish and Dutch people.
Overall we had a lovely holiday and would return to the hotel if they get their air con sorted!

Room Tip: The sea and pool views are stunning especially as the sun is setting.

Think twice if you choose this hotel for your holiday! It is located in a remote area, very far from Bodrum city and it is quite hard to arrange any transport. The staff is rude or just not interested in their job. Most of them barely speak english. Rooms are dirty, furniture is old and there are no blankets at all. The beach is also very dirty - the sand hasn't been cleaned for ages and there are homeless dogs running around. The food is the same every day and if you need to wake up early, you can't find anything but bread before 8 o'clock in the morning. Me and my friend have never seen such an awful hotel and we left it very disappointed.

Room Tip: Just choose another hotel and as close to Bodrum city as possible

Me and my friend have been to this Hotel resort twice it is that good!!!!
Last year in Oct and this year in Sept, We found both times this hotel offered amazing facilities but more so in Sept.
The animation team are superb and really make your stay what it is, the n night time entertainment is amazing they get you all involved and up dancing, great way to meet others too.
The bar staff and restaurant staff are so welcoming and will do anything for you, nothing is too much. The usual clientele is mainly Polish, Russian, German and some English but this is no problem. They offer so many sunbeds there is never a fight for beds during the day top tip is still to pop your towels down in your favorite spot. The beach is fantastic and with the pier heading out into the sea its even better and offers a lot more than surrounding hole resorts.
The food has a wide variety but can get slightly repetitive like most all-inclusive.
The rooms are cleaned every day and the mini fridge is stocked up with water and fizzy drinks free of charge daily too. Modern looking, clean and all rooms have a balcony. If your into music they have an on site club with great music and means there isn't no need to go into town and spend money in the clubs when you have one on site!
If you are not sure where to go i can not tell you enough that this hotel is definitely a 5* resort. I strongly recommend using the a la carte Italian Restaurant the food is beautiful and its on the roof top so night time food by the sea couldn't get much better!
you should go on the boat trip amazing sites to see and a great day out lunch and coffee are included for £20! I would advise you don't use the Spa as the prices are very expensive but the gym is free! Bodrum market on the Thursday, Gumbet market on the Friday and the best is Turgutreis market on the Saturday and a cheap (£3) bus there and back! but definitely haggle as they up the prices, my friend baught a handbag that was 200TL down too 50TL..
Me and my friend on both occasions met some amazing people and made some great friends.
i will be going back next year with my partner and i cant wait, i hope you enjoy it as much as we did.....

Room Tip: All rooms are great but ask for a sea veiw room......and you will be amazed watching the sun set!

This hotel is more than awful. It is not a 5-star at all. Me and my friend were there for three days and we could not find anything positive about this hotel. First, the food is not plenty enough. Every day they served chips and fried chicken which is not part of the Turkish cuisine. I noticed that more of the hotel's guests are from countries such as Belgium and the UK and probably that kind of food is ok for them, but still we are in Turkey and expect real Turkish food. The staff in the restaurant included young boys whose average age did not exceed 21, so they looked quite unprofessional. The room was durty. We had no sheets to cover while sleeping. The animation team is the worst I have ever seen. I think that any of the guests could handle better with the animation. Besides, the hotel is too far from the centre of Bodrum and there is no option to get there except the shuttle service offered by the hotel, which is fixed in definite hours, and is inconvinient.

Room Tip: You should ask for rooms in the main building.

We enjoyed every minute in this resort, everything is perfect except it's location which is very far from city center.
The reception and staff were friendly with the exception of giving one key to a triple room occupants, this caused a bit of frustration and this policy must be changed because I never faced it in any other Hotel.
