I booked a stay at Kalender directly through their website and paid in advance.
Unfortunately my travel plans changed so I called (and also emailed) to cancel the reservation a week before my intended stay.
I was assured that I would be refunded my payment (and I've e-mailed back and forth with them several times) but it's been a month and I still haven't been credited.
considering I booked directly with the hotel, their failure to return my money speaks very poorly of their service...
I wish I could have visited Bodrum as planned, but if I do make it there, I'll be reserving a different hotel if I don't get my refund soon!
