I find myself writting this review while staying here! my daughters & i have spent 4 of our 7 days here & we are loving every moment.

Cant fault a thing, food very good, rooms very clean and well furnished, pool area is one of the nicest we have seen & Deniz the manager & all of the staff make the whole picture complete.

Quite simply put, El Vino is an oasis in busy Bodrum, if you are going to stay in the Bodrum area you will not do better than this for value & quality.

Any way, back to my book relaxing by the pool now!

My husband and I went to Bodrum to relax after a really busy year, and El Vino was the perfect place to stay. For a truly reasonable price we received a gorgeous, clean room, excellent service, top notch meals at the restaurant, and a charming and relaxing stay. The hotel is built to look like a villa in Spain with ivy-covered walls and red flowers everywhere. The pool side has cabanas, always available Turkish tea and cookies, and a a covered eating area. The real gem is the roof top restaurant with a breathtaking view of the bay and castle. The staff and manager were incredibly friendly and accomodating, and the food at the hotel was excellent. In a town that is full of large commercial hotel with no character, El Vino is the best place to stay-hands down-for a charming, relaxing and truly enjoyable experience.

We are traveling with 2 young children plus in-laws and all 6 of us loved the El Vino. The kids loved the pool (most beautiful stonework for a pool we've ever seen) and the on site small cinema. Adults loved the rooms, the modern garden setting and the on-site massage services. El Vino has a small 'spa room' where you can book a reasonably priced, high quality massage. We had the 'family room' which was a private queen-sized bed room plus a living area converted for the 2 kids (could sleep 3 kids) with 1 full bathroom. In-laws had a separate double room. And last but not least, all the staff were kind and helpful. We would definately stay here again if we are lucky enough to have the opportunity.

“what a lovely place to stay”

El Vino Hotel

Apr 15, 2008

we have just returned to uk from this hotel. what a lovely place to stay. the staff were excellent and so attentive to our needs. the manager, Dennis, is lovely and speaks perfect english which was good. the room was very spacious and the beds were soooo comfortable. The pool was the most beautiful pool weve ever seen and, although the weather wasnt very good, as soon as the sun eventually came out, the staff were very quick to put out the sunbeds etc., for us. It is a relaxing hotel where all your needs are met. would definately go again. Also, the restaurant manager was great and made sure everythying was perfect for us. We had a suite by the pool and it was such good value for money but felt like a big luxury. Highly recommended. Also we had a hire car as we were travelling to and from another town and it got very dirty. Couldnt believe it when we went to leave and Dennis had organised the car to be cleaned!!!!!! Where else do you get service like that!!!

I visited this superb hotel three times altogether, the first time upon recommendation of friends of mine. The hotel is perched on a slope practically in the centre of Bodrum which allows for a great view of the castle and all over Bodrum. Immediately after entering the gate the visitor is confronted with a lovely building in mediterranean style and the best-kept garden I have ever seen. The charming resting areas around the pool make this place very special. The rooms are well-sized, with lovely country-villa furnishing and beautiful rugs strewn on wooden floors, and perfectly clean. On my last visit in September 2007, I got even WLAN access in my room. The whole impression is topped off by the restaurant in the top floor of the hotel offering a stunning view and exquisite food - not to forget the perfect and attentive service of the staff. In summary, a wonderful hotel I can highly recommend.
