As someone who has been to Turkey (particularly Bodrum) countless times we are always on the lookout for that special accommodation that will keep you happy and comfortable. As I write this I am sitting on the subbed by the pool after just making the decision to come back to these apartments next year mainly because the staff are fantastic. Erman is a friendly, attentive and welcoming man. A fantastic barman and absolutely charming to be in the company of. Turk is the chef and party animal who never fails to amuse you with his sarcastic sense of humour and love of a 'novelty' T-shirt. The food is brilliant and it's obvious Turk puts his heart and soul into his recipes, make sure you try his Turko Burger and Chicken Curry. Just across from the main Hadi building is a small reasonably priced shop for all your munching needs. To get to Migros you're a 2 minute walk from the complex across the road and past the sister Funda apartment. However the better priced and bigger Carfour Supermarket is just at the top of the street and across the road, up a small set of stairs. This is also where you catch the Dolmus to Turgetreis for 5 lira. The Gumbet Dolmus is at the bottom of the road from the hotel next to the military base and is 3 lira. A few days at the Hadi and you'll have figures out everything and where to go no doubt with the ever useful help from Erman and Turk. I honestly can't stress how wonderful this place is and how much it pains me to be leaving on Thursday. My only criticism of the Holiday is that I never came for 3 weeks and that I hadn't found the Hadi until this year.
See you next September guys!
