Kalbur is located at one of the hidden places in Ankara; if you are not a citizen or guided by someone local, it may be hard to find but definitely worth the effort you're gonna put in. The owner Mr.Mehmet and his wife is always there wellcoming the guests. The place is very small, with small tables very close to each other but you go there only to eat the unique and delicious food. Fish is always fresh; they only serve what they have fresh. But the peculiar thing about this place is that they have the very unique and tasty seafood mezze that you have never chance to eat anywhere since most of them are created by the owner. Especially the 'somon pastrami', 'shrimp with kadayif' and 'somon-asparagus' worth trying. They only have one kind of dessert which is something like 'ovened pumpkin with ice cream' is definitely very delicous. It is expensive, they do not accept credit cards, hard to find but definitely worth it. Don't forget to make reservations days before especially during winter time when they can not expand out and have a smaller place.
