The hotel is very centrally located, rather as Piccadilly is, with lots of similar cheap restaurants and bars around. Crowds shopping. The single room was small but adequate, but the a/c unit was disconnected from the window outlet (and hard to connect). The breakfast was the basic Turkish hotel breakfast, with many choices but of overall moderate quality. A few of the staff speak English. They provide tea when asked. They were helpful and protective at the times when there were protesters and teargas in the streets outside.

Room Tip: You may be best to be on an upper floor.

The staff were lovely despite limited communication. No one spoke English and we didn't speak Turkish. It was difficult to find and they willingly accompanied us one kilometre back to the car to show us the way in.
The room was large with a sofa for two. The carpet was old and stained, you have to do your own washing if you use glasses and cups. Tea making facilities were of little use when there was no complimentary tea. If you are used to flushing your toilet paper, this is not the place for you. They ask you to use the bin provided. Paper thin walls give you a chance to hear your fellow travellers too well.
We were offered breakfast despite an early departure but it didn't eventuate.
Well located, but that was its only virtue.

Room Tip: If you want a good room, you may wish to book a different hotel.

We stayed one night before our flight back at this clean, well located hotel. The staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast is served in an adjacent restaurant. The room was very spacious and had a kitchenette and couch. They seem to be finishing a thorough renovation but was inobtrusive. The location is great for a great variety of trendy and family style restaurants. A lot of shops but best of all, not very many tourists. Highly recommended.

Room Tip: Our room was on the first floor with huge street facing windows, yet we had no noise or complaints.

i was there before also but this time it was all different. i saw that they changed the rooms and the entrance. I didnt experience any difficulty with speaking english in hotel but in the city its not so easy. the location is good for going anywhere. just near the metro. and still quiet for the town centre.

This hotel is in heart of Ankara and the staff is good but as other place in Ankara they couldn't speak english. hotel has a very good internet access and so you can use your smartphone to translate your requests!! hotel is clean and warm but if your room is not warm as much as you want, simply ask for a heater, the breakfast is not very varied but it's good and the room for 2 persons hasn't fridge but the suit is well equipped.

Room Tip: if you can choose room for 3 persons or suites
