Ramen bars have become a bit of a fad in Metro Manila recently, with the eponymous "Ramen Bar" being the one of the first to set up shop. Their broth is supposedly cooked for 12 hours or so, and you can tell because it's one of the best ramens I've ever had. It's a little pricey for me (ramens are on average 300 pesos each) but the servings are pretty large and they have some cheaper rice meals for those on a budget. These prices seem typical for most of the new ramen bars though, and compared to some that we've eaten at, Ramen Bar is already on the cheaper end of the spectrum.
