Before visiting the Church, it would be wise to read up on the history of the building and its contents, as little guidance is provided within the Church. There is a pamphlet handed out when you enter (entrance fee: 100 pesos) that provides some detail, but I found myself walking around and thinking, "Hm, I bet that has an interesting story. Too bad I'll never know it." Be sure to walk up to the second floor to the choirloft, where you have a birds' eye view of the Church and a very old lectern. The garden to the right of the building is also very pretty.
