I've stayed in Diamond Hotel for a several times due to the arrangement of my company. Everytime i came back here, i felt like i am home because the staff are always friendly,smiley and most importantly very professionally helpful.
I like the security at the hotel entrance that doesn't allow just anyone to enter. Sometimes, i even saw the security guard asking the passer by for their room keys if they were trying to get up to the floors (the elevators are only activated with your room key).
The location of the hotel is superb. It's only 5-15minutes ride(depending on the traffic) to Mall of Asia (the biggest mall of Asia so far) which has everything in it... 10minutes walking distance away from the hotel, there is even one great mall which is also able to give you everything you want...
Rooms are spacious, some rooms are even with great view overlooking the Manila Bay ..rooms always smell fresh & nice. But one thing i dont really appreciate is the towels in the hotel are quite worn out and quite a few times i even found black stains on them. Since hotel is able to provide free-internet and free minibar, why couldnt they invest a little bit on the towels in the room? But overall room experience is fantastic, most importanly it's quiet so after a long day of work, you get your own little space watching your favourite channels on TV (yup,they have excellent varieties of channels in English)..
The Spa in the hotel doesnt offer alot of massage services (only neck/shoulder/foot) however nearby the hotel you can find alot of spa (proper ones) and an in-room massage would not be more than 20dollars.
Love this hotel.If i were to come back by my own not becuz of my work, i would als definitely choose to stay here again.Great location,excellent service,fantastic room and everything you are looking for in a city hotel.
