Excellent Meal! Highly recommend this place.
We started with a signature thin-crust pizza as an appetizer... out of this world. Great flavors on a wafer thin crust. Not too filling Perfect to share. Then, a seasonal squash and carrot soup. Perfect, with a pool of melted butter served in the bowl. Delicious. The surprisingly best dish of the evening was the sauteed artichoke hearts. Wow. Crisp and browned outside, juicy inside. Main course, I had the Sirloin steak.. served on hearty veggies and cooked just right. My guest had penne pasta with chicken.. excellent flavors. Altogether, a top-notch meal worthy of the ranking in Manila.
Downside was the atmosphere. We arrived at 8:30 on a Monday, and the resaturant appeared to be already closing up the dining room. A side entrance was being used due to construction nearby. The main room had harsh, bright, recessed lights and little ambiance... Service at the end of the meal was slow, as I had to flag down a bus boy to get our check and our dinner plates removed. There were still guests eating, we were just in an out of the way table and forgotten.
Prices reasonable for the fare--high for Manila, but inexpensive by US standards. $100 including two glasses of wine.
