“Definitely be back to stay here on my next visit to the Phil”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed August 7, 2011

Very satisfied with the service, beautiful rooms with views of the Manila Bay having the 3 BR suites. Had to use the 1 bedroom on our last few days which was at the lower levels and not ocean view, still convenient and nice. Excellent location, short walk to restaurants, my husband favorite eating places- Aristocrat & Max; also close to Malate Church, important to me! All the staff are courteous, polite and accomodating to any request. This is not a hotel, don't expect hotel service in terms of cleaning your room and changing your linens every single day, but I guess you can request those services, I didn't need anyway.
I love this place and will use it on my stay in Manila.

I found this condo to rent on the net. It is an 21 floor building, my condo was 2 bedrooms two bathrooms, full kitchen, large living room with balcony overlooking ocean and boulevard. One street away from main street, short walk to most places. Went to Ocean park and Rezel park, both within 20 minute walk, but u can rent an horse and buggy, taxi or motor bike. There are security guards on site and also flag down taxis and give you information. There is maid service. No pool, which would have been nice. No beach that i could see. But great location to see anything you want. I would rent again and would probably purchase an unit.

Room Tip: Talk to the building manager, he is very helpfull

Baywatch Tower is located right near Manila Harbour, has condominium like rooms. It is great for large groups because they have lots of rooms for large groups. Rooms have kitchen in them. Only letdown would be that there is no wi-fi, and the pool was freezing.

Baywatch Tower is very enjoyable experience the accommodations were clean and modern Our commendations were king-size suite on the 20th floor of the the hotel. The view from our balcony of Metro Manila and the Manila Bay was nice. Our suite was equipped with a modern kitchen. The bathroom was clean the water pressure was sufficient and the water was very hot. Overall the room was very comfortable and relaxing. I would would use this Hotel again as the stay was enjoyable.

Amenities:
Furniture was modern and up scale.
42 inch flat screen television.
WI FI was free. And sufficiently fast
Secure safe to store your valuables.
Provided 5 gallons of purified drinking water in the room.
Balcony
The hotel's location Is slightly difficult to find because it’s not on the main avenue. This could be a plus because it keeps you away from the hustle and bustle of Metro Manila. We prepared most of our meals inside our suite. The selection of dining in the area varies from: fast food to finer restaurants nearby. It's a close walk to the Manila bay and you are near the American Embassy center so security is higher in this area

Overall I recommend this hotel anyone looking for a great value and would stay there again for the price is outstanding and the accommodations are comfortable, modern, and clean. My stay was very enjoyable and relaxing I enjoyed the view the staff was very accommodating and eager to serve, I give it Very Good rating.

Stayed in two bedroom. Minimal cups, plates, 2 burner stove. AC works great, but is noisy. My guest locked himself out of the bedroom and was advised to go onto the balcony...the slider does not lock!
I also had difficulty with the safe so I did not use it. Aristocrat restaurant within walking range as is laundry. Only take white taxis here...yellow charge more. If you need to stay in the city this is a great value, but otherwise I would not recommend Manila for tourists.
