“Still the best Indian Food in Manila”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed April 14, 2012

Kashmir has been around for over twenty years. They started out in Malate and then opened a branch in Makati. I believe they are only open in Makati now. But they still serve the tastiest Indian food. In recent years they have added some Malaysian dishes. I am absolutely addicted to their masala dosas. I also love their hummus and baba ganoush. They have a heavenly rose syrup sharbat. A little on the sweet side for my taste so I just add a little extra soda. They have a kangkong dish that I always order and their motabal is a creamy treat. It is a haven from the typical noisy Asian resto scene. So when I want to have some conversation with a friend Kashmir is my go to place. Occasionally the aircon gets a little chilly. So either bring a shawl or jacket. Or ask the staff to recalibrate the temp. They are very accommodating

“The finest Indian dining in Manila”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed March 7, 2012

The Kasmir hotel near the united nations avenue is one of the finest Indian restaurants in the south east asia.
The Manila branch served the best Indian Food that we had in many days.
Be it Vegetarian or the other type, the taste was real indian, the staff's courtesy and the knowledge base of the Indian food types and habits impressed me very highly

“Best Indian food in Manila”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed January 12, 2012

My wife and I love Indian food so we made an effort to find this restaurant. It was very busy with many Indian customers and lot's of kids. This should be a good sign and it was. Loved the food and will return soon.

“Worst Nightmare in my Life”
1 of 5 stars Reviewed June 6, 2011

We went to Hotel Kashmir, with Great Expectations as I was my Friends Birthday Party.
But Unfortunaley it landed up into Worst Nightmare.
We ordered Chicken Tikka, which tasted like Ready to Eat Butter Chicken stuff.
Parathas were uncooked as the Dough used was not fresh.
Then we ordered Chicken Curry which was worst of all.....Ultimately We had stopped.
Then here comes one more terror..the Wrong bill....

Conclusion - Do not ever think of going there again..:-((
