Kashmir has been around for over twenty years. They started out in Malate and then opened a branch in Makati. I believe they are only open in Makati now. But they still serve the tastiest Indian food. In recent years they have added some Malaysian dishes. I am absolutely addicted to their masala dosas. I also love their hummus and baba ganoush. They have a heavenly rose syrup sharbat. A little on the sweet side for my taste so I just add a little extra soda. They have a kangkong dish that I always order and their motabal is a creamy treat. It is a haven from the typical noisy Asian resto scene. So when I want to have some conversation with a friend Kashmir is my go to place. Occasionally the aircon gets a little chilly. So either bring a shawl or jacket. Or ask the staff to recalibrate the temp. They are very accommodating
