The resort is located 20 minutes by speed boat from Male airport and it is quite small: ~500m length, 100m width. It has 5 restaurants, very good, especially the Thai (the most delicious ice creme with coconut ever!) and the Casa Luna. Prices ~50USD/person in all restaurants (Full Moon little bit cheaper, where the breakfast is served and where u eat if you ve paid HB or FB).
Beach is very nice, white sand and calm, rather warm waters.
Beachfront bungalow was spacious, minimalistic.
Stuff very friendly and helpful. We took the full day island hope in (70USD/person) and visited a pick nick island, another resort which wasn't nice at all (we took a capuccino, waited 20 minutes, paid 10 USD and wasn't a capuccino, stuff wasn't friendly, resort was not aligned with environment, wasn;t as "natural" as Full Moon...probably they got us there in order to appreciate more where we stay!! And then we visited another island with locals and souvenir shops. It wasn't of great interest and the shop sellers were a little bit annoying ("dragging" you into their shops. Quite expensive, u have to Bargain!!).
It has a quite good gym, tennis court and watersports. Be carefull of the sun in Maldives, use higher sun screen than usually in Mediteranean islands!!
Having read some of the reviews I was that afraid for robbering that I was constantly carrying our money and passports everywhere and swimming and looking at the beach to our staff, but nothing seemed suspicious.
You d better have dollars from your home country or pay by credit card and let your bank do the conversion, because there...they are not that good in Mathe!! (btw a beer int he beach bar costs 6,6USD, a coktail 9 or 10).
We saw a lot of harmless baby sharks. The hotel overall was very good but I would have prefered a bigger island in order to walk around and have more things to do.
