Could not fault the location, service, rooms, dining or reception. All were amazing and would be only too happy to stay again. Nothing was too much trouble, had a small glitch when checking in as we had booked and confirmed with travel agent prior to departure that we had two double beds but upon checkin - guess what no twin beds, problem seemed to lay with travel wholesaler who stuffed up. Duty Manager was able to resolve problem by relocating us to another room. Problem solved...tick. Also we had a a treatment at the Day Spa....sooo good, highly recommend and their ginger honey tea afterwards...I want more!!!

Room Tip: Can only say our room was spacious and very comfortable.

On our way back to the uk from our Christmas holiday we wanted to do a days shopping in KL as well as meet up with some family. So we search the hotel we knew or had stayed at over the years. It was a bit frustrating trying to find a family room as e direct websites are not so helpful. Ended up searching through AsiaRooms.com

We got a great deal for a family room. 2 double beds nice size lounge area and the room was big and the bathroom fantastic. Great stay over.....

We mainly used it for a base and somewhere to sleep (of course) but the hotel is a very good one.

Worth a visit, seems they pretty much have these family rooms on each floor we stayed in 1006 if it helps. The hotel is across the road from pretty much one of the most iconic shopping plaza in KL- Sungi wang.......and is close for most things and the mono rail.

Good for a family, we are four....and also for smaller groups.

Room Tip: Search and book through AsiaRooms.com as if this hotel is not what you are looking for then they do...

This hotel is very comfortable. Located centrally and in walking distance of main shopping , restaurants etc.
it has friendly staff, helpful concierge desk and spacious entree and reception.
The rooms are comfortable , not luxurious.
Pool is large and clean, and gym is wel equipped.
All in all a good deal and reasonably priced.

I have just recently stayed in this hotel. I thought it was great value for money and the location was fantastic for the shopping district in Bukit Bintang. The rooms were very clean and quiet, but the bed was quite small. My boyfriend is 6ft 2in and his feet were right at the end of the bed.

We used the gym and swimming pool which were both very good. The buffet breakfast was fantastic with a huge selection of many international foods and it was all very fresh.

Staff were very friendly and helpful.

This is a centrally situated hotel, ideal for shopping enthusiasts. The mighty pavilion shopping centre is nearby. There is huge electrical gadget shopping centre opposite the hotel.
Jalan Alor an outdoor street eating experience is also close by.

The hotel is a modern tower block style place, is very clean and well maintained.
The breakfast was buffet style and hearty, we even enjoyed a spicy curry at 9 am!
Our room had an enormous bed, tea coffee facilities, dressing gowns, slippers, ironing equipment.
Would stay here again as good value and the hub of the city. We walked down to the Petronas Towers, which was about 40 minutes walk away.

We stayed for 3 nights and were very happy with the breakfasts and service we recieved. We did struggle to find good restaurants close by as the dinners in house are pricey and not to my liking. There is a gym thats ok and the outdoor pool is nice, even just to sit by with a drink. We had massages which were also a nice in house option
