I'm really glad I went here. We went past after visiting the KL Bird Park, which is a quick walk from the mosque.
Things to know: You'll need to take off your shoes before you enter the mosque. Women without headscarves will be given one. Folks wearing shorts will be given a robe. There are lockers outside the mosque for folks who want to drop off shoes or other items.
Things to see: the main prayer hall, the fountain outside, the outer corridors, and the memorial to Malaysia's leaders.
Unusual extra: check out the metal exercise equipment on the grounds outside the mosque. It's unexpectedly fun.
