“Average hotel for quick stay”
3 of 5 stars Reviewed April 6, 2014

We stayed here for a night, room were too small. You can just sleep. you can't do anything else.

So if you plan for a vacation, dont stay here. Quick business trip and you are looking for budget hotel then it is ok.

Room Tip: will suggest stay somewhere else.

I have stayed in 3-4 hotels in KL and many other in different countries. I am one who looks for cheap hotels which have good connectivity via bus/train. Even when I travel on my business expenses (i.e. all expenses paid by company), I prefer budget hotel.

This is the worst experiences I have ever had. The housekeeping guys were so laid off and were busy doing 'I don't know what'. I asked for water which was delivered after 1.5hours and I had to follow up 3 times. I complained about internet connectivity at night and the night staff was so rude. No detal kits in room and they are delivered after 1hour upon requesting. No stirrer for preparing coffee (coffee spoon) and delivered after requesting (after two follow ups).

If the price was 30-40SGD, this was acceptable. Not at the price I paid for this hotel. The room was smaller n cosy.

Otherwise the rwception staff was good and polite. Quite helpfuk too. The guided me well on city navigation. Also provided an extra breakfast coupon when I lost one. The view from window was awesome (Tip : get a room with window view).

Quite near by to Masjid Jamek (10mins walk) and just behind the hotel you will find Bus Stop for GO KL buses. But if you wanna go around in a taxi, good luck finding one. I could never get one without walking atleast half a mile.

Connectivity and location : 4/5 (but only with train/bus. its very difficukt to get a taxi from here. You will end up walking alot)
Housekeeping : 0.5/5
View from Window: 3.5/5
Value for money: 2.5-3/5

Unless u specifically want that location avoid this hotel.

We spent the weekend in this hotel which was just in the city center close to everything. Our room was on the 5th floor with street view and could just see the observation desk of KL tower from the window. Everything worked properly in the room except the wifi, you have to enter the code every time when you join the net. On the top floor there was a jacuzzi/fitness/relax area but it looked poor so we didn't try it. The buffet-style breakfast had a wide selection but were rather asian food. (They served milk as it was water mixed with milk powder!) We were eating dinner in the hotel's restaurant which was quite nice. The staff was helpful.

My wife and I recently stayed here during a long weekend visit. We stayed in an exec double room on the first floor. Room was cleaned and refreshed daily. Inclusive breakfast was very good.

The hotel is close to all main sites and transport links, so all good.

As we were leaving early hotel provided a breakfast box to go which was a nice touch.

Gym area was poor as all equipment was either not working or broken.

My first room was a bit dark because of the yellow lamp and then water doesn't come out from the hand bidet. Second room a bit dark also and the telephone in the room, all button that i press went to other guest room and guess what, only goes to same room! Press room service go to guest room, press business center go to same guest room. Press restaurant also the same, press 0 also the same! Its all the same! I have to get up early to go to work and these all just keep "entertaining" me. I have to go down to the lobby to to order for my dinner. Oh my gosh...and my final room...well i have enough! I need to go to sleep. I have to ignore some the things...haishhhh

The location of the hotel is very good, near to the LRT station , Pudu bus station, Chinatown, masjid jamek, Telecom museum, etc.
Free WIFI in lobby and room (yes, in room, not like those other 5 stars hotel that u will need to pay for it.)
The cleanliness of room is ok, there are some sands on the room when we checked in. It's ok for us, since we're wearing our slippers inside the room.
We checked in at the 3am, the staffs are helpful and friendly.

Great location, walking distance to China town, Petronas Towers, etc. Very polite and helpfull staff.

Breakfasts are very poor, also hotel needs some repair. Wi-fi is available, but you'll have to be patient to enter passwords on your devices every hour.
