This hotel is along the road from the KL tower, slightly further away from the shopping area, but is easily reached by taxi or public transport.
The Hotel is part of the pan global building and has short stay and long stay visitors.
The rooms are extremely large with kitchenette, kettle coffe/tea making facilities.
Decorated to a very high standard with a large bathroom with seperate shower and bath. The bathrom products are all natural tharn/harn products which come in a presented box with all your will need for your stay.
I booked a superior room and on my return booked the same the hotel staff were very busy on my return visit with a large party booking in and tried to palm us off with one of the lower graded rooms which were smaller and didnt have a shower.
The staff are friendly but slightly aloof.
The Resteraunts are very impressive and the food is very tasty. The Luna bar area is set by the pool and is graced by trendy folk in the evening sipping on their cocktails..the setting is amazing with views of the kl tower and patronas towers, there are window boxes which over the building which you sit in and the view is awesome if not for the faint hearted!!!
There is a champagne cocktail lounge called crystel which is stunning.
The hotel has a real luxury feel with a really nice ambiance.
The hotel has alot of long stay customers and we were told when we allocated our rooms that they came first which was our only bugbear as it took reception staff 1 1/2 hours to find two superior rooms on the same floor for our family as most had already been allocated to long stayers arriving within the next week. I wasnt too impressed as we had booked our hotel rooms wel in advance and if you were with children you could end up with six floor between you.
Try the resteraunt at the KL tower its revolving and has amazing views of the whole city!
