First time staying this hotel for 1 night as I had to extend my business meetings the next day & it was conveniently located near the clients' office. Rate was pretty decent for its location but the condition of the building is really old.

As there was a shortage of rooms, I was upgraded to the next category, Club Room. The moment I stepped into it, it has a smell of muskiness & dampness in the air. It was like the room was wet for a long time and the wooden furniture and frames, doors all smelled of the moisture!

Since I was too tired and it was already 10pm, I just changed and showered and slept. Had a wake-up call in the morning at 6am and then realised the bathroom still moisted from the previous night's shower. Ventilation was poor.

Had my breakfast (complimentary) and the spread is pretty good, with Korean & Malaysian food & some Western breakfast items. There were quite a good crowd of people there and all seemed to enjoy it.

Then I checked out and left. Overall, I think the hotel is pretty good value for its location, price but the condition of the room is really something to desire. Will go back if I have no choice and just need a bed for a night.

We stayed in this hotel before and after our trip to Taman Negara.
The hotel is very convenient - only 5 min. walk to Petronas Towers and close to many restaurants.
Hotel room o.k., we booked an offer including a 1/2 days sightseeing trip and buffet dinner and found this very good value for money.
The buffet breakfast was excellent, with huge choices of really good quality, the buffet dinner was also varied and of good quality.
The staff were very helpful, friendly and recognised us already after a short stay.

We would return because of the staff and the good value for money.

we stayed on the 7th floor of this hotel and i found that there was a slightly stale smell which was quite unpleasant. However when we changed rooms to the 14th floor there was no stale smell at all. The rooms were generally clean and the staff were friendly. Complimentary slippers in the room was a nice touch. We also enjoyed using the pool which was on the 4th floor hence giving a view of the city which was nice. Breakfast was absolutely lovely! Although the waffle machine was broken for our entire stay there!
It has a very good location just 10minutes walk from the Petronas towers and 10minutes walk to bukit bintang (a good shopping place). there is a monorail station next to the hotel which is a cheap and very convenient way to get around the city. Just a tip for other tourists is to be aware of taxi drivers trying to rip you off! If you want a cheaper way to get around then the monorail takes you to KL central from where you can get trains and coaches to absolutely anywhere very cheaply.
