“Excellent location, efficient service”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed yesterday NEW

Concorde Hotel is centrally located in the happening part of Kuala Lumpur, and within walking distance to many attractions, including the iconic KLCC. Check-in was a pleasant experience at the Premier Lounge. The service was good and staffs were knowledgeable. While the Premier room was overall clean and spacious, it looked slightly aged. Some of the furniture was a bit tired; one of our mattresses had certainly seen better days as it lacked support on one side. Perhaps a cosmetic makeover with strategic lighting would certainly brighten up the room and bring it up to date. Housekeeping service was efficient – requested extra drinking water and it was delivered in a jiffy. Ditto their Maintenance service. Informed to replace a fused light bulb and it was done within 10 minutes.

Am also pleasantly surprised that the room was quiet despite being so near the pulsating main road of Jalan Sultan Ismail, which is a plus point for a good night’s sleep.

Room Tip: For quieter room, choose the pool view.

Stayed there for 1 night. Enjoyed my stay from the moment I checked in til checked out. The room I stayed was a bit old and need some refurbishment. Other than that I have no complaints. Looking forward to comeback again soon.

However, the coffee house was very busy when we came. The staffs was too eager to clean up the table for the next guests without realizing that the guest (who was seated at the table) was not done with their breakfast.

Stayed for 2 nights, in deluxe room. Quite spacious. Well equipped bath. Good BF spread. Get some Indian choices too. Effective free wifi. Great view, including that of twin towers. Only negative is the uncomfortable lobby seating for visitors.

Room Tip: Take high rise floors for better view : 17th +

We spent 10 nights here recently and it was a very good hotel except for the room service not very good as the food was lukewarm and not exactly as it said in the menu .we had trouble with our room at 1am one night and they moved us straight away so that was excellent .the food and staff in the crossroads cafe need a lesson in customer service as we aske for mushroom sauce for our steaks but what we got was not that when I enquirer about it the waiter just walked away a disappointing end to what was a lovely holiday.also the wifi was a little slow

Spent one night with family at the Concorde Hotel. Service was excellent. The pool area is large and clean with food/beverage service very nearby. Also has a steam room and a sauna in the pool area, though we didn't try these. There is also small pool about one lap long that is probably meant to be a warm-water pool, but doubled nicely as a wading pool for our 2yr old. We had a deluxe room and it was slightly smaller than a standard (U.S.) business hotel room, so the superior rooms may be quite small. The room size was addequate for a single night or two. The room was very clean and the bathroom area was gorgeous. No odors or other cleanliness concernns. The deluxe rooms all (I believe) overlook the swimming area as well as the famed Petronas Twin Towers. Very beautiful viiew from our 16th floor room. Wi-fi was free and perfectly reliable. Perhaps the best surprise was the quality of the breakfast buffet. There were ample Indian, Chinese & Western offerings, including egg dishes made to order. Lots of fruits, juices, pastries and other continental fare as well. The food display took up a good 6 to 8 large banquet tables, maybe more. Very impressive and very tasty. Only issue I had was with booking through Agoda. Agoda insisted the Concorde required us to get an added bed for our 2yr old, and that we'd have to upgrade to a deluxe room because a superior isn't big enough for a roll-away bed. Turned out not to be the Concorde's children policy at all, but Agoda had our money so Concorde couldn't do much about it. Learn from my experience. Research through online vendors such as Agoda, but always double-check the price and situation through the hotel's website prior to executing your purchase. Would have saved us about US$30-50. The Concorde is located just a few blocks wallk from Petronas Twin Towers. There are many restaurants and pubs in the immediate area as well as a small convenience store right around the corner. The hotel has a small pharmacy for minor needs of that nature.

Room Tip: Upper floors are very quiet.

Stayed here for a second time this year. Excellent service throughout this wonderful hotel. Location is excellent at it within a slow stroll to KLCC / Petronas towers. Many place to eat along the way plus it has a monorail and metro close by to the hotel.

Excellent touch when we got back to our room late afternoon and the staff had put a lovely birthday cake for my wife and I.
Will be staying here again, next time I'm in KL.

Room Tip: Stayed in a suite on the 10th floor, nice and quiet.

Stayed here for 2 nights over the F1 weekend. Key card didn't work upon check in and I had to make my way down to the reception area again. Not a single word of apology from the front desk.

Deluxe room I had was just average. I felt that the size of the room was quite small compared to other 4 star hotels in the vicinity. Not much of a view as my room was facing another building. No slippers were provided and some TV channels were not working properly. Complimentary mineral water and newspaper were provided though.

Location wise, it is close to a monorail station, about 2 stops away from bukit bintang which cost about RM$1.20 per trip. It is also about 10mins walk to KLCC.

Breakfast at the hotel was good with lots of variety and I thought it was the best part of my stay at Concorde. I like the nasi lemak in particular. Overall, I think this hotel is suitable for travellers who wish to explore both KLCC and Bukit Bintang area.
