I am overall satisfied with this property, Will surely recommend my friends. Superbly clean, value for money, great location and not much jam, had a peaceful sleep and room smells good. Food is great.

Room and service was great. Staff very welcoming and always avalible. The room was spacoius and wel maintained. The only negative point is the hotel taxi is 6x more expensive than a self booked metered taxi. Do not book at the hotel desk as they will book there (contracted) taxi. On my seconed day I booked a taxi directly from the same taxi company's website, same quality but 6x!!! cheaper!

Dear Brendan B

We are pleased to note that you enjoyed your recent stay at the Pullman Kuala Lumpur Bangsar!

We appreciate your feedback very much since it will enable us to further improve our services, facilities and focus on staff training.

Just for your information, we have two types of public taxis available which are the Red and White and the Executive taxis in Blue. These two taxis are available on the streets and in hotels. As for our hotel, as guests' safety and comfort is our utmost concern, we have engaged a reputable transportation company, to have our private fleet of Executive Taxis and limousines.

The govement has regulated the rates of these two types of taxis are below:
-Red and White upon boarding the meter starts at RM 3.00 and RM0.10 every 100meters travelled.
-Executive taxi upon boarding the meter starts at RM 6.00 and RM0.20 every 100meters travelled.

Thank you once again for your kind feedback. We hope to be able to welcome you back to the Pullman Kuala Lumpur in the near future.

Best Regards

We had stayed at the various Pullman residences across Asia and have found it to be good mix of value, great service and interesting features.

We are regular guests at the Pullman Putrajaya Lakeside for almost 4 years since it opened. We always came back yearly as we liked the nice themed rooms, great bedding, ample parking and proximity to the Alamanda Shopping Mall nearby while about 30 minutes away from KL city through the convenient highway.

For KL, this is the first time at Pullman @ Bangsar. We booked the Pullman @ Bangsar 2 months in advance and took advantage of the discounted Accor Hotel rates offered. The average rate we paid was RM253 per night for a nice room with 2 twin beds. A point to mention here, is the twin beds are decently sized to accomodate 2 mid sized adults or kids easily.

We had breakfast daily at the restaurant and found the spread to be decent with both Continental and Asian items. Service was good, with the service crew greeting us (remembering our names) each day and checking with us if there are anything that they could help with.

An interesting point to note for travellers staying at the hotel, the best place to head to for shopping and food would be the Curve (consisting of Curve, eCurve and Curve NX connected by sheltered walkways) at Damansara, about 7 kilometres from the hotel (about RM15 taxi fare each way). You have 70+ food outlets including Tony Romas, TGIF, Steamboat, Korean, Japanese, European and Asian choices for your choosing. Cinema goers can catch a good movie at the new Cineplex @ eCurve which is clean and well mantained at decent prices. For travellers with kids, do spend a day at Kidzania @ Curve NX where your kids get to try out the different role activities in a fun environment.

For travellers who drive, this hotel does provide good ample free parking, with security round the clock. Do note that finding the hotel if you are driving there for the first time even with a GPS can be daunting as the hotel may not be on the GPS maps. You will need to select TM Annexe on the GPS to be able to navigate to the hotel correctly.

The hotel facilities wise are very good with a nice kids pool, jacuzzi and adult pool beside the gym. The pool is clean and well maintained perfect for that morning or evening dip. For health enthusiasts the gym is well equipped and staffed by friendly gym crew that are always there to explain the use of the equipment or give you a helping hand when you need it.

The hotel, is also from what we understand from the management in the process of introducing a spa operated by a 3rd party operator in the future for treatments.

On the overall, we gave the Pullman @ Bangsar a thumbs up for the great stay during our December vacation and look forward to being back again!

This hotel is in an office tower that is not meant to be a hotel. It is hard to imagine as to why Pullman chose this inappropriate building! There are no service elevators, so you constantly meet staff carrying guests' luggage or vacuum cleaners in the lifts. The sound insulation in the rooms is so poor that I could hear water running in the rooms next door. The car park is a veritable nightmare! I could not find entry when arrived, and what is worse - I could not find the right exit next morning. There are several exits, some cannot be used by hotel guests. Signs in the car park are inadequate, confusing (e.g. one has to follow MASUK (entry) sign to reach an exit) and often in Malay only. On the day of departure I found the exit boom gate ticket machine not working and no security personnel was available, so I had to return to the hotel lobby and ask for assistance - lost 15 minutes or more. One day I have returned to my room after it had been cleaned and found the room filled with terrible faeces stench. The staff did not even have an air freshener, but brought a huge UV ozone generator, which anyway cannot be used while people are in the room as ozone is very toxic.
Breakfast is rather average. The hotel staff are usually friendly and willing to help, but many need better training. In any case they seem to be overwhelmed by the inadequate facilities at this hotel. I am not looking forward to staying there again.

I've stayed in numerous hotels but what Pullman Bangsar did on my trip perhaps will linger on my memory for the longest time. Thanks to their extra mile, I was able to surprise my partner in our anniversary. They even got me things like a bouquet of flower, a cake and a customized greeting card on the house.

The staff and service were great. When you are booking, do not leave the Special Request slot empty. You will be amazed with what they can come up with.
