“Great business hotel”

New, clean, great staff, great location. (Easy walk to the towers)
Plenty of taxi's available out the front so very easy to get around.
Only downside is that there is no free wifi in your room & the price to get it is ridiculously steep!

We had stayed here on 18-20/7. The room was beautiful. But the Wifi was bad. As we are here for business trip, we frequently in and out of hotel. When we are back to the room, the Internet was done although there is a signal for hhonours. We are forbid to join. We called to the service but was diverted to another hotline. They can't even solve it... And it happen whenever we are back to the room. But thankfully they waive us the Internet charges as we have to call more than 3 times to get it correct n even that was wrong. When they waive the charges, it was not sincere and it seems like no choice and not a single sorry.
We saw a Caucasian staff in the lift and she didn't even greet us or hold the lift for us when we go into the lift. She was slouching and when she saw one of the guest( I think from the same country), she was talking to her loudly despite we are in the same lift. Then I saw she even lean against the wall which I know on svc line you shouldn't do that. It's not professional.
Overall I think the management have to train the staff to be more empathy and professional

Very modern and very clean.
Near from twin tower.
Everything i need was there such as pharmacy, mini market and restaurants.
Only 2 things need to be fixed :
1- check in and check out : need to be fast.
2- elevators : always crowded.

Excellent hotel/ Conveniently located in the heart of the Malaysian capital, 10 minutes’ walk of Petronas Twin Towers and KLCC. shuttle bus service. metro station is only 5 minutes walkaway

five stars restaurants and bars , Five stars rooms and floors, five stars swimming pool, and Makan Kitchen, the Best restaurant ever.

Sea saltwater pool, 24-hour fitness center

This hotel is definately not suitable for families or couples.

The hotel is very modern, but the swimming pool pretty much never sees the sun as it is enclosed on 3 sides by sky scrapers.

The hotels priority is income derived by corporate meetings and functions hitch are centred on meeting rooms that use the pool deck area are a break out area for eating food and smoking.

On one day we had over 100 senior military personnel who spent over 2 hours at poolside from around 1130 to 2pm which caused us to leave the pool area like most other residents.

When we mentioned it to the hotel they just said it was part of their business, but not mentioned in their online blurb

Definately not a tourist hotel or lication

Room Tip: Tip - don't book this hotel if you are on holiday

Very comfortable room, king size bed, lovely. Pillows not too good though. Bathroom / facilities lovely. Exceptionally friendly staff. Brilliant location. Excellent restaurants and shops within the building that the hotel is based in. Comfortable stay.

The food quality is not up to the mark, needs lot of improvement in terms of taste, presentation etc. The Indian food counter was very bad in Mallal Kitchen and it was consistently bad. but for this rest was fine and I really liked their cookie
