We booked three rooms there and spent two nights in the hotel.
The hotel is nicely located and occupies a 3-floor building of nice architecture. Good juices selection is at lobby (for a small fee). Backpackers can use the hotel because of moderate price typical for guest houses in Kuala Lumpur (90 RM/night for a 3-bed "family" room).
However, the bathroom in my room 24 was constructed wrong, and 1-cm layer of water remained on the floor after I took a shower, because drain hole was located at the highest point of the floor.
Linen had spots, walls and ceiling were dirty, but the main problem was water on the bathroom floor. The shower had almost no water pressure after 9pm and it was almost impossible to take a shower because of that.
Giant cockroaches were noticed at lobby only, not in the room (well, they do not like swimming, so they had nothing to do in the bathroom because of layer of water there).
Wi-fi is free, but stable in the lobby only, most rooms have very unstable connection. Desktops with internet connection are available at the lobby area upon request (may be for a small fee, if you are not staying in the hotel).
Smell in the room is unpleasant, but acceptable, A/C works too strong but acceptable, noise from street was there, but also acceptable. TV works unacceptable - most channels is hard to view because of bad signal level.
Bed bugs were not noticed. Most rooms are small, but room 27 is the biggest and has enough space for a very small party of six persons (not moving, but at least watching TV and speaking).
