We stayed at this hotel on the way back from Bali on route to the UK. The hotel is in the airport grounds and is within walking distance within the terminal. They also have golf buggies to make the transition easier. It is a definite 5* hotel, has fantastioc facilities with an outdoors swimming pool, gym and full spar. The restaraunts were very good quality and value for money. Please be aware that on the way out to Bali we jumped on the KLIA train into KL central expecting to have a day in KL. Unfortunately Central in KL means a few miles from anywhere in KL. You have to jump another train to get anywhere near civilisation and at £10 return per head your better of chilling by the pool sipping coctails or relaxing in a very spacious room. Could not think of a better stop-over hotel for location and value for money as the room cost £93 for three of us.

We stayed here for a couple of nights before moving on to Penang. Rooms were comfortable and quiet considering how close to the airport we were. Pool setting lovely, very welcome after a twelve hour flight. Only meal we had was in the bar, food okay but not great. there was supposed to be live music every night but place so quiet they just put on football on big screens. Airport itself has lots of food outlets which are more reasonably priced than the hotel.
The KL express is a great service- just 28 minutes into the centre of the city.

We went to Malaysia, knowing that its a best place for newly married couples. And yes I just couldnt believe my eyes. As said it is a beautiful place. Not only the place but also the Residents there. Being from India, we know how good a hotel be in terms of services. We were picked up from the airport on time and as specified during our booking, my rent a car was ready. After reaching the hotel, the concierge asked me if I need a Chauffeur. I told them no. They told me its a complement from their side for booking our Honeymoon package in their hotel. They also gave us a tag card so that we dont have to give any money at the Toll Both. If Im not mistaken the Card was known as Touch n Go. The room was excellent. the service too good for a foreigner.

Good service was shorted lived...
Room and breakfast was pre-paid but hotel attempted to pan us off with a continentla breakfast. Despite a credit card cover for additional expenses it took 5 calls to reetion to have the phone unlocked. The mini bar was locked and we were asked to pay cash to the waiter who delivered out room service meal.

Mini bus taking us to the airport was 20 mins late - driver drove recklessly. Porter merely smired with dramatics about it being late.

Not impressed and fail to understand how they could been awared the world's best airport hotel...
