We went for the Nagasaki chanpon and sara udon, for which this place was recommended in a Japanese tour book on Nagasaki. What a joke! The chanpon noodles were a mushy mess and the sara udon reminded us of the overly corn-starched chow mein on fried noodles we used to get years ago in San Francisco. You can do better at Ringer Hut.
