All of the other reviewers have said it. Great location, fantastic rooms. Nice and close to the trains. I would definately stay here again.

The Cross is in a fantastic location and is run by a great staff. I was always happy to come back to my clean, comfortable room. I really enjoyed that they have free Internet in the room. The tv selection is small, with no free English channels (pay tv is available). The bathroom is AWESOME, with a huge bath, shower stall and Japanese toilet with all the usual gadgets included.

The only thing I didn't enjoy was the bed itself. It was really, really hard - and I like firm beds usualy. Ouch, my back! Same think with the towel: only one was provided. The walls had a lot of scuff marks on them, probably from other people's luggage hitting them. I also had problem with noise level, as a family with young kids had rented a couple of rooms next to mine and kept having meeting in the halls.

This being said, I would probably book here again - the price was right and the location can't be beat. It's only steps away from Dontombori. What more can you ask for!

This was probably the largest room we stayed in in Japan, and it was lovely. Modern and comfortable--and having a traditional bath (& a regular shower/tub too) in the room was a fun extra.

The location is near Namba Station and easy to find, not to mention it's just off the Shinsaibashi arcades for food & shopping. It was such a nice place to crash amidst exploring the really great city, and the included breakfasts were good too. A bit pricey, but totally recommended!

Not deluxe, but very pleasant. Modern décor, nice service, great location for exploring Osaka.
