quick and appropriate service, reception counter offer very good guidance service when we had some specific needs, excellent room cleaning service, location is convenient for traffic, hotel kept promise when we joined environmental protection program, but limited choice in breakfast meal offer.

The accommodation is very good. Hotel room is just enough for 3 persons but still allows enough space for other things. Room is very clean.

Hotel front desk personnel are accommodating and speaks english.

Location is good since its connected to the JR Kyobashi station. Perfect for those with JR rail pass.

Will definitely stay here again.

I came here on a business trip and was actually excited to try this hotel. Regretfully, I was disappointed. This is a four star hotel, yet NO complimentary bottled water in the room? The pillows were the typical "sack of rice" hard style expected at Japanese hotels. But, what one does expect is that they have soft pillows stocked for guests who request for it. The answer I got from the front desk when I asked, "Do you have soft pillows?" was a rather surly (and cryptic) "Yes. We don't have any". Uhhh, ok. Scroll down to the other reviewers, a lot have already experienced the rather rude staff.

Adding to the water and pillow issue was the pungent smell of disinfectant in the bathroom. And lastly, there isn't any nearby convenience store to buy bottled water and you're forced to purchase it from the hotel at an obviously exorbitant price. Thank goodness there was a pharmacy nearby that did sell water, but not really much else.

I expected a lot more from a four star hotel which this place obviously falls very short of. If business or Osaka castle isn't the only thing on your itinerary, go someplace else.

I would rate 3.5 if possible. OK location , easy walk to Osaka castle, subway etc. OK room, a little dusty but clean. Stuff was a little rude for Japan standards but I would recommend and stay again. Decently priced for the location.

size of the room was correct, as well as services, and property. But the hotel is not in the city centre, it is in the middle of the business center, near the castle but far from other turististic spot.

It is an ordinary hotel in appearance; the interior is a bit traditional.
We booked this hotel using mileage points and at that time there was only double bed non-smoking room available. But upon our check-in, Front desk staff suggested that we could try the smoking twin room. With the help of the air purifier, we were happy with the room. It was standard twin room but we didn’t feel cramped. No English TV channel.
The hotel is located next to a river and the Osaka Mint (where they make the money) is just 30 minutes by foot from the hotel along the river. It is best time to visit during the cherry blossom season. The cherry blossoms there are a late blooming variety.
And the hotel is about 10 minutes walk from Kyobashi station (JR loop line). Once leaving the train and on the platform, look for the yellow color sign with West exit. Once you leave the station turnstile, look for the blue color sign with “Osaka Business Park” and follow the foot bridge (which in between shop QUASYS and 7 Eleven) to the end.
The hotel is on the upper floors on office building and with surrounding business buildings, there are number of restaurants, cafés and convenience stores around. And Osaka Castle is just few minutes’ walk on the other side of the business area.
