“Clean business hotel and well located – great deal!”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed August 8, 2012

We stayed at this hotel for two nights and it was a great experience.

Good and friendly service, even they did not speak english so well, the communication worked well, very clean room with kitchenette and washing machine, very comfortable bed and good internet connection (cable, no wifi).

Of course, the semi-double bed and bathroom were small but that's how the hotel rooms are in Japan. ;-)

2 min. walk from subway station „Higobashi“. The hotel is located in a quiet and save area with only a few restaurants as it is a business area.

We highly recommend this hotel.

Room Tip: Higher floors have a better view and more day light.

Clean and tidy, the single room size is satisfactory, washing machine and microwave included. Near 2 MTR stations, very convenience to travel in Osaka and other Kansai city. A reasonable room price, I stayed for 21 nights. But the staff should improve their English.

We stayed for 5 nights during our family vacation trip to Osaka. The room is clean but the bed is kind of small for two adults. However, since there is a tatami in the room, we three can still be easily accommodated. There is a microwave oven, a small stove, a sink, a fridge, an electric kettle, a LCD TV, and a washer in the room. With the washer and using the bathroom dehumidifier as the dryer, we could do our laundry very easily. The location is great with easy access to the subway station. The only compliant is that the room we stayed has no view at all, what we look out the window is the wall of an adjacent building.

It was my first time to travel to Osaka and an office colleague recommended this hotel to us. And true enough, I enjoyed my stay at Chisun Inn Umeda. The room was clean and I liked my bed there. Futon beds were okay and used by two of my travel companions. There was also a small kitchen, where you can cook food. Best of all, this hotel is very near the Edobori subway station. I will stay here when I go back to Osaka.

There's a small kitchenette, and a tatami mat (japanese styled setting) inside the room. They offer triple sharing too.

Hotel is near the station (Higobashi) however, it is not really near the shopping area. More of a CBD area.

Shortcoming: No toilet at their lobby, and I cant wash up after taking a midnight bus to Osaka and no room for us to check in first in the morning :(

This tiny lil hotel is compatible to a five star hotel in Paris but much better! We got there really late at night, the staffs were very polite, though they could speak more english, we had a language barrier, which was quite difficult. They gave us keys to our room, like after a minute after we got to the hotel, efficient and fast! The room was small, but very CLEAN!! There was an internet cable too for my laptop - free of charge, internet was really fast too. There was a microwave and a simple kitchen, which was alright. The hotel is near to many convenience stores, public phone and few steps away from Higobashi train station which is really convenient. I really recommend this hotel! oh yeah, and the hotel is really cheap toO!!

Room Tip: Get a tatami room! a little bit more expensive but so much better than the basic room.
