The space is average. But the staff, the manager especially and the rules made are totally troublesome and strict!
not worth to stay here for a longer stay traveler customer. due to the staff, manager and rules and system made.
The rules and system of the hotel made is not following accordingly to any other hotel, motel or hostel or any accommodation world standard of system rules and regulation.
This is ok for 1 day stay customer, but it is hell for a longer stay customer traveler. We need to check in and check out everyday. And this is so troublesome.
Our luggage can be saved in the locker or to be locked at the lobby, which again need to pay 200 yen for the locker and 100 yen for the padlock, again, money.
no pantry available here, which only have water boiler and microwave situated in the lobby area, which is really not suitable for resting and eating.. lobby is for waiting isn't it?
they don't allow the customers to seat at the lobby for waiting before check in (for travelers in group). They did not respect their customers.
Frankly say, the staff pretend to be nice but they are not nice, nice in words but harsh in act! No greetings sumimasen or arigato, no smile afterwards and they even talked back to you in japan language, so primitive!
the staff did chased us out before we are ready to check out, although the check out time is 15 mins to go. frankly say, they show no sense of humanity to allow us at least finish our mild breakfast.
in fact, it is norms even you have checked out but you can still use the lobby isn't it? End up we eat our ramen breakfast outside along the corridor.
They treated us like we don't know how to read, like we can't digest the hotel rules. I had been to capsule hotel in Tokyo and no things like this happened. Even my other group members who stayed in other hotel/hostel in the same duration days in Lapichu, First Cabin didn't faced this disgraceful incident. They are honto honto baka desune! That's all i can say.
How can they treat the customers like that. They said they are international, is that international? International means they at least can speak simple English and at least can understand English. But none, they didn't. They said shiranai (i don't know). International at least they reserve a staff who can speak and understand simple English. At least provide a English-japan dictionary at the counter desk.
They are not open minded people. And racist. i pray this hotel will close business very very soon seriously.
