Probably the best aquarium we have ever seen. It is apparently the biggest aquarium in the world, and taking this into consideration, the 2000 yen entry fee seemed like peanuts! Awesome display of marine life and there is a walkway that wraps around the central tank so you get a view from top, and once you get to the bottom, you have a great view from beneath. Amazing. Only one thing: we went on a week day, and there was about 400 screaming primary school children there on excursion and we found ourselves rushing ahead just so we could stay out of their way and enjoy looking at the marine life with a bit of piece and quiet. Overall still a great experience.
