very nice service, very clean, and hotel staff very friendly - the only thing i think they can improve is to make the internet free of charge for everyone - after all, we have paid the room charge, and it should include the free Wi-Fi.

I stayed here on a lay-over end of December 2012. It's a bit of a train ride (1hr) to get to Osaka, but the hotel is right next to the train station of Osaka (not Shin-Osaka). The reason we stayed here was that I managed to get a good deal.

The reception staff was very friendly, although we arrived early, they upgraded us and gave us a room which was available without a wait. Which was very welcomed, we needed a bed and a shower after an 11 hour flight. The room fittings looked a bit dated, but very clean. And everything we needed was available to us in the room. There is no free internet in the room, but it's available in the lobby. There are enough seats in the lobby, so that's not a problem.

There are loads of restaurants around who offer good value food, so we didn't eat at the hotel. Also we didn't have the breakfast at the hotel, we had to check out early in the morning. Just picked up something at the train station and went back to Osaka Kansai airport.

If I would return to Osaka and could get the same deal, I would stay here again in a heart beat. You can't find a better located hotel in the center of Osaka.

I was in Osaka in mid December on business. I had previously stayed at the Hyatt and Sheraton Osaka but the Hilton is the best- especially at Christmas. For a Westerner, the Lobby was classically decorated for the Holiday. It is unmatched even in NYC. You will need to see the display.

The hotel is perfectly laid out with sizable rooms, sizable Buffet Breakfast and a superior but small Fitness Room (the Hyatt Fitness Center is far superior).

The staff is responsive and helpful. Overall a great experience. This Hotel is easy to get to because it is co-located near the Osaka Central Train Staton. From KIX Airport I recommend the #5 Bus which will drop you in 90 minutes around the corner from the Hotel. You simply walk up the block 50 meters and the hotel is across the street.

I highly recommend the Hilton for convenience and the overall experience.

Definitely this hotel is very well located, but close to the Osaka station in the central area of the city. But the hotel is too expensive and really deserves a refurnish. The rooms, although with large spaces and beautiful views to the city, look old. The breakfast is ridiculously expensive and not special at all.
