Stayed here 20 Nov. in a standard twin room. Hotel is attached to the main Osaka railway station where its front door is facing. If you arrive by taxi, you have to enter from a side entrance and to walk along a short and twisted corridor to reach the lobby. No porter was available at the side entrance to assist with luggage. Hotel staff spoke very little English. This hotel was not served by the airport bus to/from KIX. You will either have to hire a taxi to the bus terminal or take the JR West "Rapid Express" train to KIX at the attached railway station except there are many flights of stairs and no lift (elevator) to get to the platform. The train also had no luggage storage facility and English signage was very lacking everywhere. The hotel room was very tired and dirty and was quite small too. TV has English channels. I was unlucky to be assigned a room facing the railway station and it was very noisy with the trains and announcements, etc. Very disappointed with this hotel overall. If I travel to Osaka again, I shall pick another hotel instead.
