Stayed here after coming from Tokyo where I stayed at the peninsula Ginza.
Check in was ok. Staff were polite as most Japanese people would.
The room were good not spacious but very clean and modern.
The view of Osaka from my room was amazing though. I mean really amazing. Think New York .. Mandarin oriental comes into my mind.
Overall I'd recommend this hotel.
