I have traveled quite a lot Worldwide and can't speak highly enough about this property. The rooms are large and very well maintained. The location was very nice. Osaka Castle was just across the river. It was a pleasure to return from a day of sightseeing and have this as a quiet oasis. Osaka has excellent mass transit, so being just a few hundred meters from the circle line made getting around easy. A model of a well managed hotel.

Our stay was great. The hotel was very near the train station so accessibility around Osaka was so easy. The hotel was superbly clean. They have large rooms and very comfortable beds. All staff were very accommodating. Especially the Guest Relations Officers were always ready and happy to assist you in every way. I would recommend this hotel and would like to stay again if ever I will visit Osaka with the whole family once again. The family had a superb time. Also the sakuras were all around the hotel!

This hotel is located in the business district, and there's not much to do at night. I would prefer to stay in a more busy/upbeat area next time -- it would save money on taxis and metro.

Other than that, the hotel is pretty nice and comfortable.

Although considered a mostly business type hotel, we liked the location because of the quietness and the proximity of a park near the palace grounds where our three young children had a chance to run around. We did not like the fact that everything had a surcharge...internet, pool, fitness room, etc. The staff was too serious and was not capable of giving you much tourist type information. The fact that there was just one shuttle service to get to the airport at 1:30 pm was ridiculous. We had asked for a late check-out (just one extra hour) and they charged us. Housekeeping was exceptional.
