Finding this place was abit of a challenge initially because Japanese addresses are a little difficult to find (no offence). But thank God a passerby understood me and showed me how to get to the restaurant.
This place can get a little crowded, a often you'll see a queue outside the restaurant. But the wait was worth it, I had 2 bowls of ramen, both different flavours. I can't exactly remember what I had but I think one was made with black pork and the other was just the normal char siu ramen. In anycase, the broth of the 2 bowls I had was truly amazing. It's pretty hard to describe the taste and richness of the flavour in both bowls, so I would highly recommend going there for you to know what I mean. In addition, it's important to note that the noodles were cooked al dante so it was just the right texture with that "snapping" effect.
I highly recommend this place. 一風堂大好き！
