“Great value, great location!”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed April 4, 2014

The rooms were tiny but very clean and they contained all the necessities. Great price equivalent of roughly $80aud per night and wifi hire for $5aud per day. The location is excellent. Near great shopping and Shinsaibashi station. A couple of things about japan in general that we learnt this trip was hire a portable wifi from the airport as it's near impossible to get a prepaid sim! And make the most of having a sleep in as all the shops and most restaurants are closed until 10am.

This is a great hotel, amazing value for the price. Right in the heart of the busy Shinsaibashi area, with tones of shops and restaurants right around the corner. The train station is barely a 5-minute walk away. Room is typical Japanese size, a bit on the smaller size, but is very clean and has great amenities. The bed is a bit hard, but that's another common trend in all Japanese hotels. Another great thing about this hotel are the built in speakers in the room with many channels to choose from. Great value for your money!

My boyfriend and I stayed here for one night. We arrived late from Seoul, around 1 AM. It's very easy to find. Prime location. There were two staff members at the front desk, both very friendly. Their English was limited, but it doesn't mean the hotel loses any points.

The room was clean and compact, nothing unusual for Japan. The bed was unexpectedly very soft. Like really soft for a bed in Japan. Quite nice.

I'd happily stay here again.

Excellent hotel, very relaxing and close to everything in the area. Will definitely come back next time. The housekeeping staff were very friendly too. They also had a vending machine on one of the floors for those times you didnt want to leave the room.

We stayed at this hotel for 1 week in early Feb and it was wonderful. My 2 kids and I were allowed to stay in a double room. It was small but had everything incl Tv, wonderful hot shower, kettle with tea making facilities. It was very central (1 min walk to 24h mart, 2 mins walk to laundry and 3 mins walk to train station) it was also only 7 mins walk to the food and shopping centre of Shinsaibashi. The shops were rather homogenous and did not offer real choice. It was mainly good and clothes which ,add up 90% of all shops. The rest were more pharmacies, video arcades and a small number of toy shops. But hey..I wasn't there to shop. The food was fabulous, fresh and not to mention cheap.
To get to this hotel from Kansai airport, take the limosine bus from stop 11 outside terminal 1. Buy the ticket off the lovely man in yhe small office or off the machine. It was only 10000 yen and half that for adults. Get off at the last stop which is Namba OCAT 30 mins or so and take a taxi. It cost about 1000 yen. This is the easiest and most hassle free with bags etc. do the reverse when you go home. We loved this trip and would go again.

Stayed this hotel for 2 nights during business trip in Nov.
The location of this hotel is very good, very close to Shinsaibashi Station.
You will not worry what to eat or where to find the entertainment as this hotel is surrounded by restaurants, bars & great food!
The staff speak average Japanese but they are very friendly and courteous, and will try very hard to understand and fulfil your needs.

Same like most of the budget business hotel in Japan, the hotel room is very small but compact.
They provide basic amenities such as toothbrush, shampoo, conditional & dryer in the room.
Using Wifi in the room is chargeable and you it has to be connected via LAN.
Anyway, it is not a problem for me as I have the portable router.

Overall, this hotel fulfil my needs and I will be back for next business trip again.
