We booked our stay through Design Hotels, which owns the hotel, and Screen Hotel lost our reservation. Then they were upset at the rate we were quoted. No one speaks English and we seemed to be only people in the hotel.

The rooms are very nice, but the food and the service is quite poor.

The staff seemed to be upset with every request we made. It was very strange.

When we asked for directions to a festival on the last day, they said: "Where are your bags?"

They wanted us out!
