“More than maximum”

A miracle of nature shows you the other side of Japan culture and beliefs. You feel very spiritual and peaceful.

“a really nice small shrine + garden”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed March 12, 2013

A small pleasent nice shrine. The stores below is nice too. What more can I say,its easy to get there and (it seems) that it woukd be nice to visit when walking the Philosopher's path at spring. But still I recomend this place as a must see in kyoto.

“Must see in Kyoto”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed March 7, 2013

The Ginkakuji is much more peaceful and the surrounding grounds are less grand. It is a peaceful area and I liked the atmosphere more than the larger, more famous, shrine
