What a fantastic find. The Lonely Plant guide recommended this place, and we decided to give it a go (after going to Ippuddo for dinner, also LP recommended and as amazingly addictive as in the New York branch)
Yoramu will change what you think you knew about Sake. Period. If you are used to the cheesy smelling stuff served at your local sushi restaurant - this will inspire new love for quality Sake.
4 of us had a very reasonably priced Sake tasting (5400 yen for 9 cups), with each Sake being distinctively different. Some sweet, some dry, even ones with a clear aroma of honey.
The entire experience is narrated by Yoram who had endless knowledge and love for good Sake. When we asked where we could buy a bottle we liked, the answer was Hiroshima...
Tiny place with perhaps 10 seats, but well worth the visit before or after dinner.
