Like guampanda, found this restaurant through Tripadvisor. Also had difficulty locating this place. However, if you take the elevator through Isetan Dept Store to the 11th floor, it will be much easier as you just need to walk round the floor to find this restaurant. If you are not sure which restaurant it is because they are all in Japanese, just look for the restaurant with the long queues and you will have found it. There was a queue when we arrived at 8 pm on a Sunday. The queue was relatively short and there is a bench for the customers to sit. Do not be discouraged by the queues because the service was pretty fast. Whilst waiting, you will be given the menu to browse and place your order. Surprisingly, the menu was rather limited. When our turn came, they gave us an English menu. We waited for less than 20 minutes at the bench after which they led us to our table.
We ordered the Yuba set at 1440 yen and other pork cutlet sets. They came with shredded cabbage, vegetable and fillet cutlets. We were served sesame seeds in a bowl and provided the pestle to ground the seeds. After grounding them, the waiter told us to select the sauce to go with the sesame seeds. There were a total of 4 different sauces, 2 for the meat, one for the pickles and the other is for the salad. When we didn't understand, they gave us an explanatory note in English. Refer to the pix for the English translations. The sauces tasted different.
The food came pretty fast. Free refills of rice, cabbage, miso soup, pickles and ocha are available upon request. Food was extremely tasty and highly recommended. Go for it if you like tonkatsu.
