This restaurant in the Portopia Hotel seems to pick up a lot of business from conferences held at the neighboring Kobe International Convention Center. Although our group came shortly before 2, the place was still bustling and there was still a line outside the door an hour later. My colleagues had the daily specials, which are about two thousand yen. I had the Kobe Beef Strogranoff; the beef was tender and the sauce was excellent. The tiramisu was very good, too. The waiters looked efficient, but they were a little overwhelmed by the crowd.
