Harborland offers the visitor many tastes of the world, from traditional Japanese food to contemporary Brazilian cuisine, all found at the Mosaic. It offers a wide range of market style shopping arcades, great for momentos or odds and sods.
There is also a small amusement park with a ferris wheel and a couple of rides for the kids.
The streets come to life during the night and make fantastic photographs to show friends and family once returned home.

For the hardened foreigner living in Japan, there is a movie theatre to kill a few hours, and stores with foods that were thought impossible to get in Japan from our native homelands.

Harborland is a great place foreigners both touring Kobe and living in Kobe. I love it.
