We stayed here for a couple of nights on our tour of Japan, primarily to see the atomic bomb museum and as a base from which to visit Miyajima, both of which are thoroughly recommended.
We found the hotel fairly easily and it is not too far from the tram stop, which runs frequently from the station.
I would say that it is fairly typical for a Japanese business hotel: clean and efficient, but with a very small room especially for two people in a double. It is not somewhere that one would choose to spend a huge amount of time.
The museum and the main shopping areas are within easy walking distance and slightly further on is the re-constructed Hiroshima castle and museum.
I wouldn't go back again for the hotel itself, but it served its purpose as convenient base.
