I reviewed the Cafe last year when I wrote about the Oriental Hotel. This time I only visited in the evening. In spite that my last visit was April, 2011, when I entered the cafe, the staff and the bartenders welcomed me with their broad smiling faces. They remembered me! As always, their artist way of preparing cocktails pleases my eyes and tongue. New York Cafe provides me familiar, cozy, and friendly atmosphere. They serve excellent drinks. The bartenders know where to go to visit and eat in Hiroshima. When in doubt or trouble, just ask them and you will get helped. I can't wait for my next visits.
