We tried this restaurant by hotel staff's recommendation.
It was not that busy than I had expected (I guess it was not right on dinner time). We enjoyed watching their technique and Okonomiyaki was super tasty.
English menu is also available!
You can enjoy it in Hiroshima Airport and Hiroshima station (Shinkansen). But, this one was worth visiting because the owner oversees its operation. I was totally satisfied with good Japanese local food there. Based on more than 20 Okonomiyaki experiences, I recommend to have special type of Okonomiyaki, really good combination with Pork, seafood, and sauce.
It opens everyday from 11:00 - 23:00 (21:00 on Sunday). When international customer walk in, store always send someone can speak English with English menu. Cost is around JPY 700-1300 for Okonomiyaki.
