I can only say positive things about this hotel. It is very well located, only a 10 minutes walk from the Peace Memorial Park and with a tram station a few meters away. You can also reach the Hiroshima Station taking the tram and it's only 5 minutes. I stayed in a single room and I don't have any complain about the space, I think considering how hotels are in Japan my room was more than enough for one person. Bed was bigger than a normal single bed and also comfortable. If you have a laptop you can get internet in your room since there's a LAN cable in the room. Otherwise, you can use the free wifi at the lobby. Internet connection was good & fast. Room had everything you might need: hairdryer, sleepers, towels, fridge, boiler & tea, TV (only 4 japanese TV channels though...), DVD player, air conditioner, etc. Staff were very nice, maybe they didn't speak great english but they could make understand themselves. And price was very fair. I would totally recommend it!! Breakfast was not included in my rate but there is that option (for about 1000 yens), I didn't have it so I can't give an opinion about that. There is also a restaurant inside the hotel but I never ate there.
If I'd have to say something negative it would be that walls are like paper so you can basically here both neighbours snoring. However, for me that was not a problem since I used my earplugs and problem solved!
