My boyfriend and I stayed at this hotel last December. We really liked it! The hotel is about a 5 minute walk from Sapporo Station (admittedly, it's not a particularly enjoyable walk in the snow). We had a twin room and it was huge compared to the other hotels we stayed at while in Japan. We also had a great view of the city from our room and it was especially beautiful at night.
There are a number of restaurants in the hotel. We ate at the Chinese restaurant one evening and found the meals to be expensive and the portions tiny. Jurin, the restaurant on the first floor, is nothing to write home about but it's not too bad. We had the buffet breakfast there every morning (it was included in our room rate) and we had the buffet dinner one night also. Both buffets have a good selection and the breakfast includes both Western and Japanese style foods.
The rooms in this hotel are a bit tired but for the price and location, this hotel is a great choice! I'd definitely stay there again.
