Location: Excellent, situated in Shinjuku, one of the largest entertainment district, its only a few blocks away from the JR and Metro station. Within a block you'll find plenty of convenience stores, restaurants, stores, and arcades. Perfect when you don't feel like venturing far from your hotel. Beyond that are large department stores like Tokyu Hands, Mylords, and Takashimaya. Everything is nearby so it provides plenty of options on your activities, you can relax in Shinjuku or venture off with ease.
Service: Everyone in the hotel was helpful and tried their best despite language barriers. Foreign currency exchange was easy, they do both traveler checks and cash. Some hotels only accept one option over the other, but Keio was very easy and minimal paperwork as well.
Room: Small, but that's standard in Tokyo. The view of the Metropolitan Tower was nice and the city lights looked great at night. The room was clean and comfortable, bathroom was very clean as well. Only flaw was the decor was a bit old, but I think they are still in the process or renovating their rooms. I'm not too sure about it, but we definitely did not get the ones featured on their website. Still, its perfectly fine. All I needed was a clean, comfortable, and quiet room so I can sleep after a long day in Tokyo.
Transportation: Just walk a few blocks and you'll find JR & Metro stations easily. There are plenty of entrances for both these stations so its not difficult to find. Locals will be more than willing to help you. Airport Limousine drops off right here, make sure to buy those tickets because: 1. it makes transportation from and to the airport easier and 2. they offered a great special where when we purchase on AL ticket, we get a one-day unlimited use metro ticket for only 100 yen more. Its a great deal, considering those tickets normally cost 700 yen! I did not use the bus while I was in Tokyo, found the metro and some exercise sufficient enough.
