Kind of lucked onto this hotel (booked only first night with points, but ended up staying 3 nights). From Chitose airport easily accessible with airport shuttle bus 24, which stops right in front. 10-15 minutes walk from city center and free hotel shuttle bus (shared with Novotel) to city and central railway station. Several on-site restaurants (2 Japanese, 2 Chinese, casual buffet, Italian...), with very good food. Room very high quality and if on the right side or wing, nice views of the river.
