We stayed in this hotel for one night. And have been sorry that we had to leave the next day.

We have got the biggest room in my life!!! And Japan is not really famous for big hotel rooms...

Special points:

+++ amazingly big rooms
++ furniture and room interior
++ big and nice bathroom
++ perfect staff
++ free shuttle service to the airport and JR station
~ breakfast was average

Kind of lucked onto this hotel (booked only first night with points, but ended up staying 3 nights). From Chitose airport easily accessible with airport shuttle bus 24, which stops right in front. 10-15 minutes walk from city center and free hotel shuttle bus (shared with Novotel) to city and central railway station. Several on-site restaurants (2 Japanese, 2 Chinese, casual buffet, Italian...), with very good food. Room very high quality and if on the right side or wing, nice views of the river.
