Five of us ate here recently so we had a good cross-section of their menu, with starters, mains and desserts sampled. All of the food was well cooked and authentic, which makes a big change for a western style restaurant, while their kitchens are semi-open to view which is always reassuring.
They still unfortunately exhibited the very Chinese habit of bringing all dishes out together, but I had a firm and friendly word with the manager and he apologised, making sure we had our starters before our mains (the clue's in the name guys!). When we went there was a special offer 50% off the food, so without this it would have been quite pricey 80-100 kuai for most choices, but I'd say it was a special occasion kind of place, so it's worth a try.
